Frequently asked

I am located in southwest Connecticut not far from the New York State border.  I work both domestically throughout the United States, as well as internationally where allowed by local and regional regulations.  At this time, I offer service throughout Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey with no travel fees.  Destinations outside of that region can be booked once a travel quote has been provided and accepted by clients - elopements include all travel fees.  All travel will require a minimum of a two night stay in a local hotel or rental home, as well as travel and per diem food expenses.

Where are you based and where do you work?

For collections that include 35mm film coverage, I will go through approximately 2-5 rolls of both color and black & white 35mm film.  This will depend on location, lighting situations, and length of time booked.  The associate / 2nd photographer at your wedding will focus on digital images throughout the day, while I work with a hybrid of both analog film as well as digital memories.  Film scans will be provided in your full gallery, however due to the nature of development, will not be included in your sneak peeks immediately after the wedding.

How many rolls of 35mm film do you typically use per day of coverage?

You'll find a wide variety of answers for this, however for booking purposes an elopement would be considered the wedding couple + 4 or less guests with a destination (either domestic or international) and a micro-wedding would consist of the wedding couple + 50 or less guests.  Elopements traditionally are very intimate and small, and consist of one to four days of events focused solely on the couple - including a vow exchange and tours / adventure activities.  Micro-weddings may look more like a large dinner party, or a small getaway with your closest friends and family,
